Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee multiple programs focused on intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating services to meet goals and budgets while performing direct support duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings as mandated.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on location, daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone Human Services and its subsidiaries meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties.
• Support the organization’s mission by delivering person-directed services and contributing to program outcomes.
