Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.

This full-time, non-exempt role ensures programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulations while performing direct support duties as needed; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree (60 hours) with one year of relevant experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with work experience in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within specified timeframes.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure objectives are met, budgets adhered to, and regulations complied with while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule.
• Support individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism in person-directed ways.
• Maintain professional growth, contribute to a positive team environment, and ensure quality service delivery.
