Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Pennsylvania seeks a Program Supervisor to provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism programs. This full-time, non-exempt role ensures program objectives meet budgets and regulatory requirements while performing direct support duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of human services experience.
• Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings and other mandated trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance are met.
• Perform direct support duties as scheduled by the program.
• Support staff development and training as needed.
