Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 60 credits and 1 year in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform direct support duties as scheduled and needed by the program.
• Support a person-centered approach and promote inclusion in the community.
