Job summary

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Supervisors to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.

Keystone ensures programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field is preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings and other required trainings within specified timeframes.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and may require daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone meets objectives, adheres to budgets, and complies with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule.
• Support inclusion and individualized, person-directed services for participants.
