Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role includes direct support duties as needed and ensuring compliance with budgets and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate's degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one (1) year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with work experience in human services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone Human Services and its programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the schedule.
