Job summary

Legrand in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor II for the 2nd shift (1:30pm - 11:30pm PST) to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while directing work, training, and evaluating team members.

Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, monitoring KPIs, ensuring SAP transactions and inventory integrity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience effectively leading others is required.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and identify hazards.
• Meet production schedules by allocating labor, machines and resources to maximize productivity.
• Ensure components meet engineering specs and quality standards and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure timely SAP transactions and inventory accuracy; support cycle counts and material handling.
• Lead, coach and develop employees through cross-training and engagement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
