Aluminum Precision Products is seeking a Production Lead to assist the Supervisor in directing and informing employees on work to be performed, while continuing to perform your regular duties at the manufacturing site in Santa Ana, CA. You will help maintain production flow, train staff, and uphold safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership in a manufacturing environment, with responsibilities including cross-training, KPI ownership, and reporting to management.

• Keeps track of work in progress and communicates with team and supervisors.
• Aids in training and directs activities of production personnel.

• Provides cross-training and explains tool usage and production processes.
• Ensures production flow stays on schedule and meets KPIs.
