Legrand is seeking a Production Supervisor II for the Power & Thermal Management Division in Anaheim, CA on 2nd shift (1:30pm - 11:30pm PST). You will lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and schedule attainment, and manage labor resources to maximize productivity.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, 2+ years of leadership, and sheet metal experience. Strong communication, ERP familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leading others.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations for assigned department(s) to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Promote safety culture and supervise through coaching, training, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely transactions in SAP.
• Drive productivity, labor efficiency, and cycle-time improvements.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
