Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supervisor Production to lead a team of hourly associates on the 3rd shift. You will train, coach, and guide staff to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets while applying performance tools for weekly, monthly improvements.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, planning resources, scheduling shifts, and maintaining adherence to HACCP/ISO standards. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of work experience in manufacturing or related field.
Experience supervising hourly associates and driving safety and quality.
Familiar with HACCP, ISO, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.
Experience with SAP, CONA, SharePoint, PHRED, Kronos or Livelink is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet goals, quality, safety, and deadlines.
Submit reports on performance and identify efficiency improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain equipment schedules.
Plan resources and resolve work interruptions to meet targets.
Train new employees on machinery use and standard work practices.
Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
Maintain staffing and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.
