Job summary

The Warehouse Lead at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated will support the Warehouse Manager and supervisors by directing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will help train teammates, oversee processes, and contribute to continuous improvements while aligning with company goals and values. Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure warehouse processes are followed and quality is maintained.
• Train and guide warehouse personnel; provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and safety.
• Support interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
• Adhere to all safety policies and company values.
