Responsibilities

• Check production output against specifications and report progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure safe equipment use.
• Plan resources and coordinate quick resolutions to interruptions.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety practices.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them.
• Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow assignments.
