Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supervisor Production to lead a manufacturing team on the 3rd shift, ensuring quality, safety, and cost performance.

You will train and coach hourly associates, manage daily objectives, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvements using performance tools.

Weekend work and overtime may be required; 10pm-6am shift with occasional extended hours; prior supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience supervising hourly associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Submit performance reports and identify efficiency issues along with improvements.
• Plan and manage resources to minimize production interruptions and meet period results.
• Train new employees on machinery safety and standard work practices.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Maintain staffing schedules and assign responsibilities.
