Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
- Monitor production output and identify efficiency improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate maintenance and scheduling.
- Plan staffing and organize workflow to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Train new hires on safety procedures and standard work practices.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to staff.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and rapid issue resolution.
