Qualifications

• Knowledge from manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising hourly associates.
• Familiar with HACCP, ISO, Six Sigma, Lean principles.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team to meet quality, customer satisfaction, safety goals and deadlines.
• Check production output against specs and report performance while identifying efficiency issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure safe use of equipment and maintenance.
• Plan and manage resources and resolve work interruptions to meet targets.
• Train new employees on machinery, procedures and standard work practices.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to staff.
• Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow.
