Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a results-driven Supervisor Production in Charlotte. Lead a production team on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am) with weekend rotation, coaching staff to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly objectives while applying continuous improvement methods. The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and the ability to train new employees.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising hourly production staff in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong alignment with safety, quality, and on-time performance.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, Six Sigma, and Lean principles is a plus.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Proficiency with MS Office and production systems (SAP/CONA/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet quality, efficiency, safety, and cost goals.
• Submit performance reports and identify efficiency improvements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and coordinate maintenance with schedules.
• Plan resources and resolve production interruptions to meet targets.
• Train new employees on machinery, procedures, and standard work.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Maintain staffing and assign responsibilities to ensure workflow.
