Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily duties of hourly production staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet safety, quality, and cost metrics.
• Interview, hire, and train associates as needed.
• Appraise performance and address performance concerns.
• Enforce company policies and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Use CMMS and PLMS to monitor maintenance and line status.
