The candidate will schedule shifts, coach staff to meet daily metrics, and maintain SOPs and process controls to optimize cost and throughput in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• MS or MBA degree is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production functions and shifts to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Enforce safety, quality, 6S and process requirements across the team.
• Hire, train, discipline, and conduct performance reviews for production staff.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and plant policies.
• Coach and supervise staff to achieve daily metrics and goals.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and engineering procedures.
