Job summary

LHH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role provides direct leadership to production personnel and drives continuous improvement in a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising production teams and driving employee engagement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production personnel.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Manage staffing schedules and overtime requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development through training and cross-functional learning.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain efficient production flow.
• Participate in nonconformance investigations and corrective action activities.
• Lead daily production meetings and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
