Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in the Electrode - Cathode area. You will set production schedules, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement with Kaizen methods in a high-speed environment.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support Battery Engineering, Production Engineering, and Quality Control projects while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-speed, automated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise production workers in the Panasonic production process.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
