Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Day Shift in the Electrode - Anode department. You will oversee daily production, schedule tasks, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across the line.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/5S experience, and excellent communication to manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high-volume manufacturing experience and leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean and 5S systems is highly beneficial.
• Must communicate well and resolve people-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing/production activities in the area.
• Set production schedules and priorities to meet demand and quality goals.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety and compliance across shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other supervisors.
