Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school degree preferred.
• Two to five years supervisory experience in high-speed automated manufacturing (preferred).
• Must have strong English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in Panasonic production processes.
• Meet KPI targets for safety, production, quality, and manpower.
• Plan production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine and production conditions.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and perform root-cause analyses.
