Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead high‑speed assembly lines, drive daily production goals, and ensure safe, quality‑driven operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent manufacturing management experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high speed/high volume manufacturing setting.
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement experience.
• ERP transactional experience.
• 5S experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned production lines to meet manufacturing KPI’s.
• Lead, develop, and reward individuals and teams for performance and growth.
• Ensure resources are used to sustain safe manufacturing and distribution excellence.
• Implement Lean principles to improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill goals.
• Attend Management meetings and provide status on production goals.
