Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking a Process Lead to guide production operations on the Day A Shift in the Formation department. You will coordinate a team, set production schedules based on materials and staffing, and ensure quality and throughput targets are met.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, with forklift/equipment certifications and strong English proficiency. We value safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, automation, or assembly is required.
• Ability to pass a forklift, electric pallet jack and manual pallet jack certification.
• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language comprehension, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Safety oriented mindset and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an assigned team with professionalism and composure.
• Make daily operational decisions and assign schedules and tasks.
• Provide feedback and data to supervisors and suggest improvements.
• Communicate status of products/projects to coworkers and leadership.
• Assist maintenance with equipment repair or replacement as needed.
• Run machinery as required and adhere to SOPs and SWIs.
