Qualifications

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Forecast required man-hours and compare to available labor hours.
• Identify staffing gaps, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to adjust staffing and overtime.
• Maintain labor-hour forecasts and track actual hours against plan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WIP, backlog, and production volume to stay on schedule.
• Escalate capacity constraints before impacting customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring needs and staffing changes.
• Analyze absenteeism and training impact on capacity.
• Ensure accurate labor scheduling in ERP/MRP system.
• Provide leadership with forward-looking labor forecasts.
