Job summary

Haleon in Guayama, Puerto Rico, seeks a Production Planner to manage production and inventory, balance schedules, and optimize plant capacity. You will develop and release monthly master production schedules and weekly plans while coordinating with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Forecasting and Finance.

Requirements include 7+ years in manufacturing material management and 3+ years in pharmaceutical production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing material management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and inventory of assigned products and maintain service levels.
• Develop and release monthly master production schedules and weekly plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Forecasting and Finance.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly services level, backorder and inventory reports.
