Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment beneficial.
• Ability to follow GMP and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line and ensure product meets safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect products for defects.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance and housekeeping.
• Monitor raw materials to minimize downtime and troubleshoot minor line issues.
• Maintain regular attendance and be able to work 12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating schedule.
