Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in production or operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and make decisions.
• Experience maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience beneficial.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comprehensive training and onboarding provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and accountability.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate operational priorities.
• Resolve day-to-day production and personnel issues.
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with leadership to achieve operational goals.
