Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in related settings, strong leadership, and proficiency with Paycom and Microsoft Office. You will manage daily activities, training, and performance, fostering teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or production.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Determine quality control standards and maintain production metrics.
• Schedule and manage Teammates, including attendance and overtime.
• Ensure training on safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
