Job summary

HYVE Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, coordinate duties, and monitor KPIs while collaborating with QA, logistics, and maintenance to optimize production flow.

The role requires 5+ years in production with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel
• Ensure schedules are met and address delays or issues promptly
• Monitor quality, safety, and process adherence
• Lead safety programs and enforce protocols
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team skills
• Collaborate with quality, logistics, maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain production records and report KPIs
• Troubleshoot equipment and production problems
• Manage inventory of materials and finished goods
