Job summary

Hyve Solutions in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Las Vegas. You will lead a team to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in production with at least 3 in supervision, a relevant degree, and strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production/manufacturing with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Ensure production schedules are met, proactively addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems and equipment malfunctions.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.
