The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in manufacturing/engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of manufacturing associates to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies; maintain production records.
