Responsibilities

• Supervise a department or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Ensure ISO-compliant, cost-effective production processes.
• Plan production schedules based on demand and materials supply.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the area.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure policy adherence.
