Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience including knowledge of receiving, shipping, product fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Experience with standard warehousing procedures and practices.
• Previous leadership experience including coaching and development of employees.
• Ability to determine priorities, make decisions, and organize merchandise for an organized operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities with Planning Manager and Account Management team.
• Determine production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Review master production schedule and work orders to maximize availability and meet deadlines.
• Supervise fulfillment and production personnel for productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure lines are set-up and materials are ready for start-up each shift.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees; manage performance.
