The role requires 7+ years of supervisory experience in warehouses or manufacturing, strong WMS proficiency, and a track record of cost-control and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will drive safety, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; four-year degree preferred.
• 7+ years in operations/warehouse/distribution with supervision.
• Experience with WMS and Lean process improvements.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• History of cross-department collaboration and cost-control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facility operations including Receiving/Stocking, Production, Shipping and Inventory Control.
• Lead cost-control and budgeting processes; drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and schedule labor; direct workflows to meet productivity and safety standards.
• Coordinate new client integrations and cross-functional projects.
• Partner with Inventory Control to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for management.
• Ensure ISO processes are up to date and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety compliance with MNOSHA and OSHA standards.
• Foster cross-departmental partnerships to achieve company objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
