Job summary

Archway is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Fulfillment Center in the United States. The role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees production floor activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

Prior warehousing leadership experience is required, with strong planning and people management skills. The successful candidate will guide daily operations, coordinate with support teams, and maintain adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience including receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Previous leadership experience including coaching and development of employees.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, decide, and organize workflow for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Determine production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Supervise all operations personnel for productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Plan daily activities with the operations manager and support teams.
• Ensure staff understand duties before each shift and adhere to safety protocols.
• Review schedules and work orders to maximize performance for clients.
