Job summary

Archway Marketing Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all production floor activities and ensure efficient execution of plans. You will plan production with the Planning Manager, determine methods and labor levels, review schedules, and supervise fulfillment and production staff to maximize productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in receiving, shipping, fulfillment and inventory control.
• Experience with standard warehousing procedures and practices.
• Previous leadership experience with coaching and development of employees.
• Ability to set priorities, make decisions, and organize merchandise for an efficient operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities with Planning Manager and Account Management.
• Determine methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Review master production schedule and adapt to maximize availability.
• Supervise fulfillment and production personnel for productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure lines are set up and materials ready for each shift start.
• Interviews, hires, trains employees and directs work.
• Support quality standards, safety policies, and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on safety and development.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as required.
