Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• System Engineering experience on missile applications for customer programs.
• Experience working with missile systems requirements, interfaces, or architecture development and management.
• Technical and/or functional Engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key manager and mentor for 10–15 Systems Engineers; influence teamwork and enable execution.
• Participate in talent acquisition, goal setting, performance development, and appraisal of reports.
• Support the team as an individual contributor while growing technical skills.
