Job summary

RTX's Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) in Tucson, AZ seeks a technical Lead to drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight for airborne electrical products. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, perform trade studies, and ensure integration with program goals, delivering robust, reliable hardware.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM bachelor's (preferably with a master's) and 8+ years in engineering leadership, with experience in circuit design, hardware

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience with progressing leadership roles.
• Experience with Electrical subsystems and/or Circuit Card Assembly: Development, Integration, Test, Production support.
• Experience with analog, digital and/or mixed signal circuit design/analysis or hardware integration/test.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RTX factory tools to define improvement projects and ROI.
• Lead others by understanding team dynamics and capitalizing on strengths.
• Lead trade studies to determine best solution with cost, schedule and performance considerations.
• Convey task status on complex issues and strategic plans across teams and leadership.
• Fill roles to support business unit success.
• Ensure cost, schedule, and technical requirements are integrated and executed as planned.
