Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Must follow safety rules, codes, and procedures.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and escalate safety concerns.
• Coordinate work assignments to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Assist and train employees; review quality; solve problems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance to keep schedule.
• Lead daily tier meetings and support CI initiatives.
