Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety rules.
• Coordinate with supervisor to assign work to meet demands and shipping schedules.
• Assist employees with problem solving, quality checks, and training.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance to sustain production schedule.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain 5S standards and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure attendance and PPE compliance.
