Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH, on-site, seeks an experienced Machining Supervisor to lead daily CNC operations, uphold safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

You will coordinate with the Machining Supervisor to ensure pace, quality, and compliance with Watts' Code of Conduct while mentoring staff and maintaining a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Proven leadership and cross-team collaboration.
• Confidentiality and data integrity awareness.
• Good math, basic computer skills, and strong communication.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Comply with laws, policies, and safety practices; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and configure CNC machines.
• Lead and model Watts Code of Conduct; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee in-process inspections and data documentation.
• Coordinate labor and equipment to meet pace and safety standards.
• Address process issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance and development support to team members.
• Maintain housekeeping and uphold environmental standards.
