Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking an action-oriented Inventory/Materials Associate to deliver parts to the production floor, maintain PFEP-driven Kanban processes, and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts. On-site role emphasizing safety, teamwork, and reliable material flow.

You will operate forklifts and perform FIFO handling, assist in shipping/receiving, and support production as needed. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory control or process flow manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in use of computer and data-based systems preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a tow motor license and operate all tow motors within the plant.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of parts to the production floor in a Just-In-Time manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and PFEP processes.
• Perform production transactions and audits; manage Kanban and FIFO implementations.
