Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a CI Kaizen Specialist I to support lean transformation and employee engagement at our Franklin, NH site. You will partner with site leadership to run rapid Kaizen experiments and promote a creativity-before-capital mindset.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, this onsite role emphasizes 5S, Standard Work, and TPM, with opportunities to train employees across campus and contribute to new product development processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Must earn Yellow Belt within 3 months of start.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to communicate professionally with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data and prepares for Kaizen activity.
• Facilitates Kaizens and supports lean transformation.
• Works with CI Technicians to apply creativity to equipment and tools.
• Applies 3P
