Job summary

Watts Water in Franklin, NH is seeking a detail-oriented production support professional to assist the Production Supervisor in ensuring timely completion of production orders and lean initiatives. This onsite role focuses on safety, efficiency, and high-quality output within a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will lead by example, engage employees, and help maintain 5S standards while coordinating with maintenance and CI teams to sustain production schedules and improve processes.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
Understanding of and adherence to safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe work environment and culture, report injuries.
Coordinate work assignments to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, training staff.
Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance to meet production schedule.
Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement.
Maintain inventory accuracy and 5S standards.
