Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to expand the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) platform across channels.

You will serve as the primary liaison between channel organizations and NBA platform teams, translating business needs into scalable capabilities and ensuring consistency across the enterprise. The role requires leading cross-functional discovery, partnering with business leaders, defining requirements, and guiding onboarding efforts to ensure successful adoption of NBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Experience translating business needs into product capabilities and user stories.
• Experience onboarding new channels to enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery for channels evaluated for NBA adoption.
• Partner with channel leaders to understand workflows and objectives.
• Translate channel needs into requirements for NBA integration.
• Define channel-specific requirements for delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams on integration approaches.
• Identify opportunities to reuse current NBA capabilities.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and prioritize requirements.
• Develop onboarding plans, readiness criteria, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for launches and adoption.
• Support testing and readiness prior to production deployment.
• Ensure successful transition to ongoing operations.
