Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and deliver the future of Dynamic Workforce Operations within the Pro Workforce Management product suite. The role focuses on operational intelligence, optimization, and AI-enabled experiences to translate insights into actions.

You will partner with customers, engineering, design, services, support, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with workforce management, workforce optimization, or workforce operations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas within Dynamic Workforce Operations.
• Lead discovery by synthesizing customer research, usage data, and market insights into clear opportunities and outcomes.
• Define and deliver product solutions with requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, QA, product marketing, services, sales, and leadership.
