Job summary

UKG is hiring a Lead Product Manager to shape Dynamic Workforce Operations within the Pro Workforce Management product suite. This role focuses on identifying labor optimization opportunities and delivering practical, measurable outcomes for customers.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, design, services, support, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into actionable solutions and drive adoption across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive product management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in workforce management, optimization, or related domains.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery to launch.
• Strong skills in roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear SaaS requirements with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations areas.
• Synthesize customer research, usage data, and market insights into measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a domain leader in workforce operations and labor management.
