Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and deliver the future of Dynamic Workforce Operations within the Pro Workforce Management product suite. This role focuses on operational intelligence, workforce optimization, and AI-enabled experiences to help frontline leaders move from insight to action.

You will partner with customers, engineering, design, services, support, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in progressive product management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with workforce management, optimization, or operations.
• Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery to launch.
• Strong PM skills: discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements, agile delivery, outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear SaaS requirements.
• Strong analytical skills using data, research, usage insights, and business cases.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and practical AI in customer workflows.
• Excellent communication and influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations areas.
• Synthesize customer research, usage data, feedback into clear opportunities and outcomes.
• Lead domain leadership in workforce operations and labor management.
• Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, services, sales, and leadership to align priorities.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance AI/ML experiences with proactive issue identification and intelligent recommendations.
