Job summary
Epicor is seeking a Product Developer, Forward Deployed Engineering to embed with customers, learn operations, and build production-grade software that runs in live ERP environments. You will own the delivery end to end, collaborating with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and operators to ship solutions quickly and move from discovery to deployment in customer contexts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of software engineering or related experience.
- Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Willingness to travel 20–40% to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers on-site and virtually to understand operations.
- Write production-grade software that integrates with Epicor platforms and data sources.
- Lead the technical path from discovery through deployment.
- Break through integration barriers with legacy systems and data pipelines.
- Translate field learnings into reusable patterns and platform capabilities.
- Prototype rapidly and gather feedback from users.
- Earn and maintain trust with customer engineers, operators, and executives.
